Step 01Client contacts artist with as much detailed information about the upcoming project as possible. This can include reference images, urls, written ideas, favorite colors etc.
Step 02Artist and Client agree on a commission rate and project start date.
Step 03Artist begins work on project once 50% of commission rate is paid. The preferred method of payment is PayPal which incurs an additional $15 transaction fee. Payments can also be made
by check (which does not incur a transaction fee), however work cannont begin until check has been received and cleared.
Step 04Client will be presented with 1-3 rough ideas and will have the opportunity to chose one for the artist to base his final design on.
Step 05Client will be presented with the refined (almost final) design. At this point client has the opportunity to suggest color changes.
Should the client require design changes or alterations beyond the one round of color changes, these will be billed at an hourly rate of $75 an hour.
Step 06Client is presented with a low resolution version of the final artwork. Once the remaining balance of the commission has been paid, artist will provide the client with the final high resolution artwork file in PSD format, unless otherwise specified.
Step 07Client and Artist both walk away happy and maintain a long and prosperous business relationship.
